Returns and Refunds

We gladly accept returns for NOT-CUSTOMIZED products within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a prompt exchange or full refund.

Exceptions:

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

This ensures you can shop with confidence while protecting the uniqueness of your personalized gifts.

Personalization Review

We want your order to be exactly as you envisioned! Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order, ensuring all spelling, dates, and names are correct. If you have any questions about personalization, feel free to contact us at sales@giftshopie.com before placing your order.

Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed, as they are immediately sent into production. Gift Shopie reserves the right to cancel your order at our discretion should it be deemed inappropriate for language, content, or material.

Shipping Delays

During our busy holiday season, we do our utmost to ensure that your gifts arrive on time. However, due to high volume and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there may be slight delays in the delivery of your order..

Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect Gift Shopie or our shipping carriers.
